Improved user experiences within the CyDesk Web version includes;
- The ability to display extension names in call history.
- The ability to toggle between call type within call history (missed, outgoing and incoming calls).
- Adding new speed dials to an empty favourites list.
- Icon display improvements when resizing the web browser.
- The ability to call a CRM contact from within favourites page.
- Zoho CRM integration capabilities, allowing users to also include contact search and produce campaign lists from Zoho CRM (where integrated).
- Click to dial capabilities with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
When utilising CyReport with Skype for Business tenancies, itemised reports now can be run against the Skype for Business username.
For the Systems Administrator;
- CyDeskWeb URL permits dynamic ports.
- Security policy improvements have been made to agents with an empty or password as ‘password’.
- Integration capabilities with Zoho CRM.
- Support for the latest Dynamic 365 authentication methods.
