Completion codes for manually dialed outbound calls

If users wish to use completion codes for manually dialled outbound calls, this needs to be done before the call ends. In the Active Call window, click the button at the top right and chose the option Enter Completion Code as shown below:

 

Currently it's not possible to have this option to appear automatically when making manual outbound calls.
