CyDesk History window

This article will show a brief description of the History window/ menu of CyDesk.  Clicking on the drop-down menu will display the following viewing options:

  • Missed Calls
  • Outgoing Calls
  • Incoming Calls
  • Recordings (available when enabled)
  • Sent SMS Messages (available when enabled)
  • Received SMS (available when enabled)

Getting in touch with the callers through CyDesk's call History is so easy.  Once you have selected a viewing option, you can double click on an item logged on the list to place a call back to that contact or number.
