We are pleased to announce the release of CyReport v7.5.
CyReport v7.5 is the culmination of almost two years of analysis of customer feedback, experience amongst our largest and smallest customers and also fulfilment of the engineering teams design wish lists. This marks the largest update of system improvements, data reporting algorithms and issue resolutions for CyReport ever and introduces the new UI including the new HTML5 audio player to play the audio recordings.
- All new modern UI or Reports Interface including HTML5 audio player.
- Compatible with Panasonic ACD logging and reporting including real time statistics on the Dashboard and ACD Agent Web Client and Historical Reports focusing on the statistics around ACD Groups and ACD Agents.
- Added more columns to Master Report including options to report itemised calls with recording link and also options to define lower/upper limits to value of columns such that they are are displayed with different color highlights to stand out in the report.
- Ability to log Unreturned missed calls for the day that can then be displayed on the Dashboard.
- Compatible with V Series and O Series recordings.
- Added Team Filter to specify Teams as defined in CyDesk for easy management of CyDesk Agents.
- Newly added reports.
