Once the login is complete, CyDesk will be displayed showing the logged in agent name and extension number, and the agent’s status. The main row of buttons across the top of the CyDesk client are used to make each of the ‘panels’ appear or hide. Each of these panels can be closed by clicking on the ‘x’ button in the top right of that panel.

  • Display ‘Active Call’
  • Display ‘Teams’
  • Display ‘CySMS’
  • Display ‘History’
  • Display ‘Search’
  • Display ‘Speed Dials
